Availability of rooms from 3:00 p.m., The rooms must be vacated by 12:00 am on the day of departure.

Payment for your stay will be requested upon arrival, in order to improve the speed of reception on the day of departure, you will only have to return your room’s card, as simple as that!

Accepted Methods: Creditcards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express, holidaychecks and cash.

The bank agency: Crédit Mutuel is located behind the hotel, It is open from 9:00am to 5:30pm from Tuesday to Friday, and from 9am to 4pm on Saturday. They also offer a cash distributor. (Exterior)

The bank agency: Société Générale, is situated in front of the hotel, opening hour sare from9AM to 5:30PM fromTuesday to Friday, and from9:00 to 4pm on Saturday. They also offer a cash distributor.

The hotel is equipped with reversible air conditioning. The control box situated on the wall will allow you to regulate the temperature as you wish.

All rooms contain 220-240 voltage power supply.

If you do not want to be disturbed, place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside handle of your bedroom door.

Writing paperand envelopes are available at the reception, equally the reception can also take care of posting your mail. We can also post it. Drop off your letters at reception.

If you want to reuse the towels, please hang them on the towel rack. If you want new towels, please put the dirty towels in the shower. For additional towels, please contact reception.

Our televisions receive the national TNT channels, as well as the international channels and Chromecast.

A safe is available in your room. We recommend that you use it systematically to deposit all your values.

An ironing board is available in your room. Please contact the reception for the iron (a deposit will be requested).

For supplies such as razors, toothbrushes, a sewing set, shower cap and shoe sponge, are available at the reception

Your luggage can be temporarily stored in our luggage storage upon request.

The reception will be happy to call you a taxi upon request.

The hotel is equipped with a fire alarm system. In the event of a fire, please follow the instructions in your room. Do not use the elevator. Leave the hotel through the nearest fire exit. Please do not smoke in the room.

When you leave the room, make sure the door is securely locked. Be careful not to leave any valuables or your hotel card inside of the room when leaving, thank you!

The hotel has a tablet available for guests to use on the first floor near the lifts, and a computer available for guests to use on request.

We sort your waste after you have checked out. To reduce our environmental impact, the hotel has provided recycling bins on the ground floor for: • Recyclable packaging (plastic, metal, cardboard) • Glass • Food waste (in our dining areas). We encourage our guests to join us in this sustainable initiative.

To minimise the carbon footprint of your journey, we encourage you to use the free Tarbes shuttle bus and all nearby public transport (Place Verdun is a 2-minute walk away) or sustainable transport options. In addition, there is a TLP information point just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, on Rue Brauhauban.

Every little helps: by reusing your towels and bed linen, switching off the lights and minimising your use of air conditioning, you can help reduce the carbon footprint of your stay.
